Ingredients
- 1 cup AdSey’s Nest Corn Dough
- 4 cups water, Milk, Sugar or honey to taste, Groundnut (peanut).
Preparation:
- In a saucepan, bring the water to a boil.
- Add water to corn dough and strain to remove chaff.
- Gradually whisk in sieved or strained dough mix, stirring constantly to prevent lumps from forming.
- Reduce the heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the porridge thickens to your desired consistency.
- Sweeten the porridge with sugar or honey to taste.
- Serve hot, topped with groundnut, milk if desired.
