Location
Orders are shipped from Accra, Ghana to international destinations Monday through Friday. While we strive for prompt shipping, occasional delays may occur. Our customer care team is available to provide updates and answer questions regarding your order at info@adseysnest.com.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days by air and 45 days by sea, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an email notification once your order is processed and another notification once it has shipped from Ghana. Most customers receive their packages within 5 business days by air and 45 days by sea.
Third-Party Related Issues
We are not responsible for delays once packages are with carriers or shippers. Please allow extra time for delivery due to potential delays such as weather, holidays, natural disasters, or courier issues. Address changes after shipping will incur additional charges. Abandoned or refused packages will not be refunded. Returned packages due to inability to sign or retrieve will also incur additional shipping charges. Ensure the shipping address is entered correctly.
Taxes and Duties
International customers are responsible for all taxes and duties imposed by their country. These charges will be presented by the shipping company upon receipt of your package. For specific customs policies, contact your local customs office.
Product Safety and Recall Policy
AdSey’s Nest is dedicated to ensuring the safety and quality of our products and addressing any product safety issues or non-compliance promptly. In the event of a product safety issue or non-compliance posing a risk to consumers, we will initiate a product recall in line with established procedures and regulatory requirements. We will take appropriate measures to remove the affected products from the market and mitigate potential risks to consumers.
If you encounter a product safety issue, notify us and return the product within 10 business days of receipt for a refund or exchange. To make a return or exchange, email us with the reason for the return. Returned products must include securely packaged merchandise and the original invoice.
Custom items, discounted, and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
